Stuart and Kate were proud to be a part of this year’s VentureFest exhibition at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton. Mayor of Winchester discusses next Young People’s Assembly

A delegation from the Winchester District Young People’s Climate Assembly told the Mayor of Winchester Cllr Peter Green that the climate crisis is the topmost concern for young people. EAP founder, Stuart Evans, co-convenor of the climate assembly, was accompanied by Charlotte Baker, president of Winchester Student Union and Laura Baker a local climate activist.

Intersectionality: Animality and Race – Vegan FTA

Exploring the difficulties when contrasting and comparing two social justice issues, we can utilise the delicacies of intersectionality and critical theory to aid these comparisons. Calling on Boisseron, Bobo, Du Bois, and Sanbonmatsu, this piece helps to overcome the conflicts between animal and racial justice, and expand our terminology of seemingly conflicting and contradictory arguments.
